VALUE PROPOSITION

Our Value Proposition:

Use an innovative, chemical free and less energy consumption technology to recycle and transform post consumer plastic waste into affordable and durable plastic lumbers which are an alternative to expensive timber to ensure cleaner and healthier environment while reducing effects of climate change, deforestation rates and giving better margin to our customers.

Importance of Curbing Deforestation and Waste recycling on Climate Change:
Our project uses waste plastic and transforms them to durable eco-friendly plastic lumber, which is an alternative product to timber, Removing Plastic waste from the environment and Manufacturing of plastic lumbers from post consumer plastic waste referred to as the effective way to minimize climate change effects with regards to:

Increase storage of carbon in trees. Trees absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and store it in wood, in a process called “carbon sequestration.” Waste recycling and producing an alternative product to timber allow more trees to remain standing in the forest, where they can continue to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

Waste Disposal and Global Warming: The more waste we generate, the more waste we need to dispose off, some methods of waste disposal consume fossil fuel and produce greenhouse gases. For example, wastes that are dumped in landfills release pollutants and known greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and methane. Incinerating waste (which is the second most used method in disposing waste worldwide) also consumes energy. If the method is not very efficient, pollutants from burning mix with the air and can contribute to global warming.

Deforestation on Climate Change: Mature forests store enormous quantities of carbon, both in the trees and vegetation itself and within the soil in the form of decaying plant matter. But when forests are logged or burnt, that carbon is released into the atmosphere, increasing the amount of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases and accelerating the rate of climate change. So much carbon is released that they contribute up to one-fifth of global man-made emissions, more than the world's entire transport sector.

Reduce emissions from energy consumption. Recycling saves energy. Manufacturing goods from recycled materials typically requires less energy than producing goods from virgin materials. When people reuse things or when products are made with less material, less energy is needed to extract, transport, and process raw materials and to manufacture products. The payoff? When energy demand decreases, fewer fossil fuels are burned and less carbon dioxide is emitted to the atmosphere.
